The Dorris Loft is a unique, historical building located in the Central West End. It is home to thirty-nine residential units and one commercial business and surrounds a beautiful landscaped court yard where amenities include a swimming pool, recreation room, dining patio and BBQ area.

We are located between Washington University and St. Louis University, right at the edge of the Cortex Innovation District, and only 3 blocks from the Cortex Metrolink stop. We are fortunate to have New Market Hardware Store right across the street, Ikea a couple of blocks away, and four grocery stores nearby (Schnucks, Fresh Thyme, Straubs and Whole Foods).
